Rawaq Towers (Rwaq Al Qasswa) is a twin-tower landmark by Al Qasswa Real Estate Development in Jeddah’s Darb Al-Haramain district, right on Highway 45 opposite Al Salam Mall. Each tower rises 16 floors with eight apartments per floor: 3, 4 and 5 room homes of 109 to 172 m² with city, garden or landscape views, crowned by six roof apartments of up to 310 m² with private roof decks. Every home comes with four bathrooms, a maid’s room, two entrances and a private parking space.
The towers are engineered to earthquake-resistant standards with heat and sound insulation and smart energy-saving lighting, backed by a 15-year structural warranty and cooperative insurance against hidden defects. Inside the project, families get a nursery, separate gyms for men and women, a business centre and a multi-purpose residents’ hall — and the Haramain high-speed rail station nearby puts Makkah and Madinah within easy reach. Handover is scheduled about two years from launch, with off-plan sales licensed under REGA licence 1003.
