Overview
Park Residence 2 takes its name literally: the towers face a central park ringed with greenery and walking paths, and the homes are planned so families look out over it. The neighbourhood around it is elegant and wide-streeted, and the site sits in a strategic position in Darb Al Haramain, connected to every part of Jeddah through the major road network.
The community is designed around comfort and privacy for families, with pedestrian-friendly paths that are accessible for people with special needs. Four towers (A to D) carry apartments, premium penthouses, and commercial units, backed by men's and women's fitness clubs, an air-conditioned community hall, smart home systems, 24/7 surveillance, and integrated firefighting systems.
