Overview
Diamond Towers is a pair of 12-floor residential towers by Al Qasswa Real Estate, set in the Al-Fayha pocket of Jeddah’s Darb Al-Haramain masterplan. Each typical floor holds eight apartments: 3 and 4 room homes of 94 to 152 m² looking onto the garden, the landscape or the city, with eight roof apartments of 208 to 309 m² and private roof decks above. Every residence includes a dedicated parking space.
The buildings are designed to earthquake-resistant standards, with heat and sound insulation and energy-saving lighting, backed by a 15-year structural warranty and cooperative insurance against hidden defects. Residents share a padel court, ground-floor retail, separate gyms for men and women, a business centre, a multi-purpose hall and a children’s area around a landscaped courtyard. East Jeddah Hospital, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital and the Haramain high-speed rail station sit nearby. Handover is about two years from launch, with off-plan sales under REGA licence 975.
